On the first trip that the PCM team visited Kenya, One of the places we were taken too was to a mud hut located at Mount Elgon Kenya, where we found 32 widows who were ex-offenders living in the area with their 50 children.
They were sleeping on mud floors, had no work and little to eat. We started helping them with funds so they could feed their children and sewing machines and materials that they could use to help raise funds.
The next year when we visited them they showed us land that we could use to build an After Care facility so they would have a safe place to live. At the time we had little funds and no time to put into this project.
On year four we started raising funds. God was faithful because when we started the project we had two thousand dollars. As we used up the funds more would come in, it was crazy, by the time the house was built the well was dug and the shower house was finished the total cost was $24,000.00 and we paid cash for it all.
Something like Jesus with the bread and fish. When God gives you a project to do for him, you need not worry He will provide everything that is needed.
