We are thrilled to report that the In-Prison Bible study and drug recovery counseling programs have necessitated growth in the following areas:

Our inmates in various facilities have been able to seek a deeper understanding of faith and find inspiration for spiritual exploration and personal growth. Not to mention Emotional & Mental Support: Incarceration can lead to loneliness and despair; Bible studies offer community, hope, and emotional support. And finally…

has also necessitated a sense of accountability, encouraged moral reflection, and equipped inmates with coping strategies for a successful return to society upon release.
In-prison Bible study has helped inmates find spiritual guidance, personal transformation, and emotional support during incarceration, preparing them for reentry into society.
Our PCM in-prison model typically involves small groups, worship, prayer, and discussions on topics like forgiveness, dealing with emotions, and developing a Christian worldview.
Thank you very much for donating Bibles and supporting education and general welfare for children with parents in prison in Kenya.

Pray that we get funds for the Reintegration of inmates who will be released in October, November, and December 2025.
Start-up capital for the Released Woman’s children will be integrated too, and continue with the PCM – Tabitha2 Home-Based Care program.
Thank you

PCM exists to bring the love, hope, and healing of Christ to those in need, focusing on incarcerated individuals, their families, and vulnerable communities both locally and globally. Governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, PCM ensures that every dollar donated—beyond minimal administration costs—goes directly to help those we serve. Our ministry is carried out through three key initiatives:
Tabitha House Missions – A God-Inspired Vision
The Tabitha Children’s Rescue Centers currently care daily for over 100+ children across four Tabitha Houses in Kenya. These homes provide safe shelter, food, clothing, medical care, and a Christ-centered education to children who would otherwise face abandonment, poverty, or exploitation.
God gave PCM’s Founder and President, Rev. Brent Bishop, a bold vision to build 10 Tabitha Houses in Kenya. This God-focused mission has been made possible through the faith, prayers, and generosity of partners, supporters, and people like you. By the grace of God, we are excited to share that our goal for 2025 is to construct 1-2 additional Tabitha Houses, with the aim of operating 6 houses by year-end 2025 and are looking to secure $70,000 more in funding to complete Tabitha House #5. Each new Tabitha House costs $100,000 to complete and thus far we have raised $30,000.
Seed The Need Thrift Store – Local Impact, Global Reach
In Fredericton, NB, PCM operates Seed the Need Thrift Store, a ministry within a ministry. This store not only generates essential funds for Tabitha House Missions but also serves as a local mission, offering affordable clothing and essentials to the less fortunate. It provides support services to individuals with disabilities, young offenders, co-op students, and others, while ministering to the homeless, hurting, and hungry in our community.
PCM Home Missions – Atlantic Canada
In addition to our global efforts, PCM’s Home Missions work within Atlantic Canada to support faith-based rehabilitation centers, homeless shelters, and transitional housing programs. Through ministry services, practical assistance, and donations, we help individuals struggling with life-controlling problems such as addiction and mental health challenges. At PCM, we believe that helping others helps others, and we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ in our communities.
Our Vision for 2025 and Beyond
With God’s guidance and provision, PCM is stepping into an exciting season of growth. Our goals for 2025 include:
Thank You for Your Support
Your ongoing prayers and support play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. Whether through financial donations, volunteering, or prayer, your partnership allows PCM to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals and families while sharing the love of Christ. Together, we are building something far greater than ourselves—transforming lives and glorifying God.
As we work toward our 2025 goals, we invite you to continue partnering with PCM to make an eternal impact. Your generosity enables us to provide care for children at Tabitha House Missions, support local outreach through Seed the Need, and bring hope to those battling addiction, mental health struggles, and homelessness.
