Our Tabitha Houses Support Vulnerable Children

This boy’s life changed in a single moment. With no parents or close relatives willing or able to care for them, left to face the world on their own.

The days that followed were filled with uncertainty. Often went to bed hungry, worried about where their next meal would come from. School became difficult because they lacked school fees, uniforms, and someone to encourage them. While other children returned home to loving families, some returned to loneliness and silence.

As time passed, I struggled with sadness, fear, and the feeling that had been forgotten. Some people ignored pain.

Their story reflects what many children may experience after losing a parent through death or incarceration. Without care, guidance, and support, they can face poverty, emotional trauma, interrupted education, and social isolation. Their greatest need is not only food and shelter, but also people who will stand beside them, remind them they matter, and help them build a brighter future.

At Prison Christian Ministries, we are serving with compassion and dedication to support vulnerable children and transform their lives. We have now built  5 Tabitha Houses, serving 140 Children, and have 2 more under construction, but we are out of building funds. Please help us finish them and save 50 more children from a life filled with trauma, living on the streets.
